This pilot trial is enrolling 10 participants with incomplete spinal cord injury to test the effect of a growth factor biofilm implant combined with rehabilitation. Several types of growth factors, derived from the participant’s own blood, are used to create a thin, gel-like membrane. These growth factors are believed to promote recovery of motor, sensory, and autonomic function. If included, participants will receive surgical implantation of autologous concentrated growth factors at the injury site followed by conventional rehabilitation. Final testing of motor and sensory function will be performed after 12 months.
