This trial is enrolling 6 participants with chronic incomplete spinal cord injury to test the effect of deep brain stimulation (DBS) on walking function. DBS is the stimulation of deeper parts of the brain through surgically implanted electrodes. In this study DBS targets an area of the brain called the cuneiform nucleus (CnF). If included, participants will undergo bilateral surgical implantation of DBS electrodes and participate in training sessions 3 times per week both before and after implantation. Final testing of walking function will be performed after 8 months.
