This trial is enrolling 200 participants with chronic spinal cord injury to test the effect of a synchronous (via live instructor) tele-exercise program compared to an asynchronous program (via video library). If included, participants will be randomly assigned to either: (1) a synchronous exercise program with live, instructor-led group sessions over Zoom; or (2) an asynchronous program using pre-recorded videos to complete the same exercises independently. Both groups will follow the same 8-week schedule of 60-minute sessions twice per week. Final testing will be performed after 16 weeks.
