This pilot study is enrolling 20 participants with chronic spinal cord injury to test the feasibility of a multi-component behavioral program called REACH-SCI (Reducing sedEntary Activities to improve Cardiovascular Health in individuals with a Spinal Cord Injury). If included, participants will undergo an 8-week program that includes a wearable activity tracker, education about sedentary behavior and its risks, goal setting, one-on-one motivational support, peer interaction via a messaging app, and activity tools to help reduce sedentary behavior.
