This feasibility trial is enrolling 5 participants with acute spinal cord injury (<50 days) to test the effect of transcutaneous spinal stimulation (tSS) on blood pressure. tSS is a non-invasive technique that uses skin surface electrodes to deliver electrical stimulation aimed at modifying spinal cord function. If included, participants will receive tSS at regular intervals during 20 to 29 sessions over the year. Final testing of cardiovascular health will be performed after 1 year.
