This trial is enrolling 18 individuals with chronic, incomplete thoracic spinal cord injury to test the effect of combined transcutaneous spinal stimulation (tSS) and Kunming Locomotor Training on walking function. tSS is a non-invasive technique that uses surface electrodes to deliver electrical stimulation aimed at modifying spinal cord function. Kunming Locomotor Training is a walking rehabilitation method that emphasizes repetitive, task-specific movement practice. If included, participants will undergo five 1-hour sessions a week of combined tSS and walking training over a period of 6 months. Final testing of walking function will be performed after 6 months.
