This trial is enrolling 24 individuals with spinal cord injury to test a hands-free, self-balancing exoskeleton to assess if it is safe and effective. An exoskeleton is a powered robotic device worn externally to assist with movement. If included, participants (paired with a companion) will complete 9 to 10 training sessions using the Atalante X, under the supervision of a device specialist. Final testing of walking function will be performed after 4 weeks.
