This trial is enrolling 16 participants with spinal cord injury to test a 12-week home-based virtual reality (VR) exercise program (VR-Move). VR uses a computer generated visual display to simulate real world experience. If included, participants will undergo a 4-week control phase, followed by 12 weeks of VR-based exercise training, using the VR-Move platform three times per week for 30 minutes per session. Final testing of feasibility and cardiovascular health will be performed after 16 weeks.
