This feasibility trial is enrolling 30 participants with spinal cord injury to test the safety of transcutaneous spinal cord stimulation (SCS). SCS is a technique for stimulating the spinal cord via skin surface electrodes to modify spinal cord function. If included, participants will receive transcutaneous SCS, with frequency and duration tailored to their specific clinical status. Final testing of safety and feasibility will be performed after 1 year.
