This trial is enrolling 10 participants with chronic incomplete spinal cord injury to test the safety of epidural spinal cord stimulation (SCS) and its effect on lower extremity function. SCS is a technique for stimulating the spinal cord with an implanted electrode placed next to the spinal cord to modify spinal cord function. Investigators want to see if spine imaging can be utilized as a marker to predict which patients will respond to SCS. If included, participants will receive an SCS implant and undergo tailored rehabilitation (4x weekly for 5 months). Final testing of safety and lower extremity function will be performed after 6 months.
