This trial is enrolling 42 individuals requiring intermittent catheterization due to neurogenic bladder secondary to spinal cord injury to test the effect of clean intermittent catheterization (CIC) training via mobile device on quality of life. CIC involves inserting a catheter into the bladder to drain urine and removing it immediately after drainage. If included, participants will receive CIC training through a mobile app. Final testing of the impact on quality of life and compliance will be performed after 12 weeks.
