This trial is enrolling 36 individuals with chronic, motor-complete cervical spinal cord injury to test the safety and efficacy of epidural spinal cord stimulation (eSCS) on autonomic function. SCS is a technique for stimulating the spinal cord with an implanted electrode placed next to the spinal cord to modify spinal cord function. If included, participants will have the Abbott Eterna stimulator surgically implanted. They will receive both actual and sham eSCS, acting as their own controls. Final testing of safety and efficacy will be performed after 1 year.
