This trial is enrolling 30 participants with a wide range of neuromuscular disorders, including cervical spinal cord injury, to test the effect of a shoulder orthosis on arm and shoulder function. If included, participants will receive education on using the muscle-mimicking, fabric-type orthosis and undergo assessments of upper limb performance both before and while wearing the device. Final testing of upper limb function will be performed during the session.
