This trial is enrolling 60 individuals with chronic incomplete spinal cord injury to test the effect of an exoskeleton on upper extremity function. This exoskeleton, MyoPro, is an externally worn powered robotic device which assists elbow and hand function. If included, participants will receive either conventional therapy or MyoPro training for 6 weeks in-clinic, and another 6 weeks at home. Final testing of upper extremity function will be performed after 36 weeks.
