This feasibility trial is enrolling 6 individuals with cervical spinal cord injury or severe neuromuscular conditions (paralysis from stroke, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) to test the safety and feasibility of a non-invasive EEG headset for wheelchair control. EEG is a technique that measures electrical brain activity at the scalp. If included, participants will train to operate their wheelchairs using brain signals decoded from the Neuralis headset device. Final testing to assess safety, feasibility, and efficacy will be performed after 1 month.
