This trial is enrolling 10 individuals with chronic cervical spinal cord injury to test the feasibility and effect on upper limb function of a home-based training program with transcutaneous (skin surface) spinal cord stimulation (tSCS). tSCS is a noninvasive technique for stimulating the spinal cord to modify spinal cord function. If included, participants will undergo a home-based upper limb training program with tSCS for 2 months. Participants will be supported with video-telehealth . Final testing of feasibility (ease of use of stimulation device) and upper limb function will be assessed after 4 months.
