This trial is enrolling individuals with spinal cord injury who have neuropathic pain to test the feasibility of a remote Qigong program on neuropathic pain in diverse populations. Qigong is a mind-body approach using breath and mind exercises that may improve neuropathic pain. Some individuals with SCI will be interviewed to understand potential barriers to performing Qigong. Recruitment targets participants from diverse backgrounds (Hispanic race, veterans, those in rural, underserved areas). 40 participants are also being recruited to undergo either: 1) a Quigong introduction class and a 12-week remote Qigong program; or 2) a daily, 2-min pain management survey via phone or computer. Final testing of study's ability to recruit, perform, and retain participants to the Qiugong program will be assessed 6 months after the 12 week program.
