This trial is enrolling 60 individuals who have sustained incomplete cervical spinal cord injury, stroke, and/or traumatic brain injury within the last 90 days to test the safety, feasibility, and preliminary impact on arm function from participating in bedside telerehabilitation therapy using a training system called the HandyMotion. HandyMotion is sensor-based wireless controllers that connects to a TV monitor in the hospital room and allows individuals to practice PT/OT prescribed rehab-oriented games and exercises any time of the day. If included, participants will undergo 45-minute training sessions, 7 days a week for up to 4 weeks, or until discharge. These sessions will include upper limb exercises and functional training through games. After about four weeks, the study will assess safety and feasibility of the therapy, and measure changes in arm function.
