This trial is enrolling 20 individuals over the age of 50 with chronic spinal cord injuries to test the effect of sport on overall wellbeing. If included, participants will undergo virtual hand cycling, in a group of 5, at home using an application called Zwift, twice per week for 12 weeks. Cycle ergometers will be provided to participants. Along with a facilitator, Zwift will provide participants with visual cues and context for changes in exercise intensity. Final testing of independence, fitness, and quality of life will be performed 12 weeks after the program ends.
