This trial is enrolling 14 individuals with spinal cord injury to test the effect of transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) on neuropathic pain management. tACS is a technique that applies a weak oscillatory current of electrical stimulation to the brain through the scalp. If included, participants will receive tACS in three treatment arms, 20 minutes each, in random order: sham tACS, stimulation at 10Hz, stimulation at 20Hz. Final testing of subjective pain and heart rate variability will be performed 15 minutes after the intervention.
