This trial is enrolling 10 individuals with chronic spinal cord injury to test the effect of spinal cord stimulation (SCS) followed by walking training on lower limb movement. SCS is a technique for stimulating the spinal cord with implanted electrodes placed next to the spinal cord to modify spinal cord function. If included, participants will undergo surgery to implant the stimulation device next to the spinal cord. After a recovery period, participants will receive at least 6 weeks of SCS combined with step/stand training. Final testing of lower limb movement will be performed 6 months after the surgery.
