This trial is enrolling 22 individuals with chronic spinal cord injuries to test the effect of cognitive multisensory rehabilitation (CMR) on lower limb and trunk function. CMR is a rehabilitation approach that includes discriminating how different shapes feel with the eyes closed and open and reflecting on how the the body is moving relative to the environment. If included, participants will either undergo: 1) 12 weeks of remote CMR, 3x/week, 45 min/session; or 2) remote conventional exercises for 12 weeks, 3x/week, 45 min/session. Final testing of motor, sensory, and mobility function will be performed after 12 weeks.
