This trial is enrolling 5 individuals with chronic spinal cord injuries T6 and above to test the effect of skin surface (transcutaneous) spinal cord stimulation (tSCS) on blood pressure (i.e., orthostatic hypotension; a drop in blood pressure when moving from lying flat on your back to an upright position). tSCS is a technique for stimulating the spinal cord to modify spinal cord function. If included, participants will undergo orthostatic tests (lying on a table that starts out flat, then tilts upward up to 70 degrees), with and without stimulation; changes in blood pressure will be measured. Final testing will be performed after 6 weeks.
