This trial is enrolling individuals with chronic spinal cord injury below C5, who have a functional implanted spinal cord stimulator, to test the long-term effect of epidural spinal cord stimulation on volitional movements. Epidural spinal cord stimulation is a technique for stimulating the spinal cord with an implanted electrode placed next to the spinal cord to modify spinal cord function. If included, participants will undergo testing of volitional movements with the stimulator on and off, two times per year for 10 years. Final testing will be performed after 10 years.
