This trial is enrolling individuals with cervical spinal cord injuries (at least 6 months post injury) to test the effect of Functional Electrical Stimulation therapy (FES-T) on the recovery of muscle strength in arms and hands. FES-T is a technique that applies electrical stimulation through the skin to nerves to cause contraction of weakened or paralyzed muscles. If included, participants will undergo 30 1-hour sessions of upper limb FES-T, 3-5 times per week.
