This trial is enrolling individuals with acute incomplete spinal cord injuries to test combining a wearable robotic orthosis (MyoPro) with virtual reality (VR) games and haptic (sense of touch) feedback on arm/hand function. If included, participants will receive 18 sessions of upper limb rehabilitation with either: 1) the MyoPro + VR and haptics; 2) only the MyoPro; 3) only VR and haptics; or 3) without any additional device (conventional therapy only). Final testing will be performed after 10 weeks and will measure range of motion in hands and arms, muscle strength, changes in activities of daily living, and quality of life.
