This trial is enrolling individuals with chronic, incomplete spinal cord injuries to test the effect of a training paradigm on balance control. The paradigm mixes balance perturbation during standing and locomotion, and explosive strength training, focusing on the muscles of the lower extremities. If included, participants will be randomly assigned to one of two study groups: either undergoing 4 weeks of training sessions; or a 4-week period of rest. Final testing, including nerve function and muscle strength, will be performed after 2 months.
