This trial is enrolling individuals with cervical and upper thoracic spinal cord injuries to test the effect of spinal cord stimulation on low blood pressure and trunk stability. This study uses implanted electrodes placed next to the spinal cord to modify spinal cord function. Investigators want to see how the stimulation affects orthostatic hypotension, which is low blood pressure that may occur when a person sits up from lying down, causing dizziness or lightheadedness. If included, participants will undergo implantation of stimulation electrodes and a neurostimulator, followed by multiple study visits. Final testing will be performed after around 26 months, including measures of blood pressure, trunk stability, spasticity, and overall functional independence.
