This is a clinical trial recruiting individuals with chronic incomplete spinal cord injuries to test the effect of an exercise training intervention on spasticity. Spasticity involves muscle stiffness or involuntary muscle contraction movements and is characterized by increased reflexes. The training targets the reduction of leg reflex strength by modifying nerve activity. If included in the study, participants will undergo assessment of reflex activity and a training intervention of 45 clinical visits over about six months. Final testing, including reflex activity, walking speed and distance, balance, functional independence, and quality of life will be performed after 3 months.
