This trial is enrolling individuals with chronic spinal cord injuries to test the feasibility and safety of a computer game-based upper limb rehabilitation program. If included, the participant will undergo two, one-hour exercise sessions each week for 10 weeks. One group will receive experimental game-based intervention for 30 minutes and their usual upper extremity range of motion and strength and exercise program, for 30 min. Another group will receive their usual upper extremity range of motion and strength exercises for the entire one-hour session. The gaming system provides repetitive, task-specific therapy focused on manual dexterity; object handling and manipulation.
