This trial is enrolling individuals with chronic incomplete spinal cord injuries to test the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) combined with gait training on walking function, balance, and quality of life. tDCS is a non-invasive electrical stimulation of the brain delivered by surface electrodes attached to the scalp. The investigators suggest that tDCS modulates spinal cord activity related to lower limb performance. They want to see if the stimulation plus stepping training improves walking function. If included, participants will undergo 5 sessions of tDCS with gait training. Participants will receive either 20 minutes of tDCS or sham tDCS, followed by 50 minutes of gait training.
