This trial is recruiting individuals with incomplete spinal cord injuries to test the effect of mechanical vibration on ankle control and ankle spasticity. Participants will undergo 8 sessions with 45 seconds of whole body vibration along with non-invasive electrical stimulation on the surface of the leg during the vibration. Whole body vibration may increase voluntary muscle control and decrease uncontrollable muscle movement. Additionally, a non-invasive magnetic field over the skull surface will be applied to examine contractions of leg and ankle muscles.

Details
The participant will undergo 8 times 45 seconds of vibration and electrical stimulation of nerves in the leg during the vibration. Additionally, another non-invasive device which uses a magnetic field to stimulate the brain (via the skull surface) to examine the function of leg muscles.
