This is a trial to test the effects of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) on leg movements in combination with high-intensity resistance training on motor function after chronic spinal cord injury. rTMS is a non-invasive technique that uses an external magnetic field to stimulate the brain. A coil (held over the head) delivers the magnetic stimulation that activates the brain. If included in this trial, the participant will attend 8 weeks of resistance training in combination with 1) an active rTMS intervention or 2) an inactive intervention (sham rTMS) - used as a control for comparison to the active intervention.
