This trial is enrolling individuals with cervical (neck area) paralysis to test the use of a shirt (GarmentGrasp) embedded with electrodes and wires that stimulate muscles around the hand, elbow and shoulder (functional electrical stimulation; FES). The main goals are to see if it is safe and if it can improve day-to-day activities with improved ability to use the upper limbs. Participants will have 40, 1-hour sessions 3-5 times a week, over 2-3 months, receiving FES therapy with the special shirt. Upper limb movements will be specifically selected for each participant based on functional ability and on progress made during the trial.
