This trial is recruiting individuals with incomplete cervical (neck area) spinal cord injuries to test a type of targeted nerve stimulation for lower extremity (leg) rehabilitation. The stimulation (known as paired associative stimulation) combines non-invasive magnetic stimulation applied over the scalp and a non-invasive peripheral nerve stimulation to the skin surface of the lower limbs. Participants will receive the paired stimulation procedures several times a week for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure the effects of the stimulation protocol on leg strength, which will be assessed a month after the final stimulation session.
