This trial is recruiting individuals with complete cervical (neck area) spinal cord injuries affecting finger function to test using an electrical device that stimulates forearm muscles through the skin (transcutaneous). The main goal is to see if this stimulation can improve function of hands and fingers. Participants will receive stimulation of the forearm muscles during up to 4 study sessions a week for up to 8 weeks. Grip strength, finger tip forces, and precision will be assessed. Results will be compared to those of a group of healthy volunteers without physical disabilities.
