This is clinical trial is enrolling individuals with incomplete spinal cord injuries to test a technique called Paired Associative Stimulation (PAS) to improve control and enhance function of arm and leg muscles. PAS involves specifically timing non-invasive brain stimulation (transcranial magnetic stimulation) and stimulation of nerves in the arms or legs. Previous studies showed that this combination of paired stimuli enables enhanced muscle control. Participants will receive the stimulation procedure 3 times a week; improvements will be assessed with muscle testing. The intent of this study is to observe long-term effects of PAS. Participants will continue in the protocol as long as continuous improvement is observed.
