This trial is recruiting individuals with incomplete spinal cord injuries to test a skin-surface device that electrically stimulates the spinal cord. The device (transcutaneous spinal Direct Current Stimulation - tsDCS) will be combined with robotic pelvis perturbation training to overcome unexpected movements applied to the pelvis. The goal is to help improve balance and walking ability. There will be three groups: Participants will receive training three times a week for 6 weeks with either pelvis perturbation training with tsDCS; pelvis perturbation training without tsDCS; or treadmill walking training alone. Walking and balance testing will occur 8 weeks after training.
