This is a clinical trial recruiting individuals with incomplete cervical spinal cord injuries to test MyndMove, an electrical stimulation device that uses electrodes on the skin to contract the muscles needed for reaching and grasping movements. The functional electrical stimulation (FES) will target specific muscles used for activities of daily living. Participants will receive 20 one-hour stimulation sessions over a span of 7 weeks. This treatment will be done in addition to conventional therapy. The study will be done with two groups according to time since injury, 10 days up to 6 months, and 6 months and longer. Total duration of study participation, including a follow-up assessment, will be 4 to 5 months. The main goal is to assess changes in the function of arms and hands.
