This is a study to test the safety and utility of using electrical stimulation (neuromodulation) on urinary bladder function in male individuals with chronic, motor complete spinal cord injuries. The stimulation will be in the form of transcutaneous (skin surface) electrical stimulation and/or magnetic stimulation of the spinal cord. Two study arms will be included, one group adding motor training prior to the neuromodulation. Participants will attend weekly testing sessions for 6 months and receive follow-up for 48 months. The effect of neuromodulation will be analyzed by comparing the group with motor training to the group without training. .
