This study is recruiting individuals with spinal cord injuries to test a virtual sailing simulator (VSail-Access). A sailboat on the water will be depicted on a simulator screen. The participant/sailor sails the simulator around virtual courses displayed on a the screen in the same way a real sailboat on water is sailed. Sensors detect movement of the sailor and adapt the surroundings in real-time. Settings for wind strength and water conditions will be adapted to each sailor. Participants will receive training for 60 minutes, once a week for 12 weeks. Measurements will be assessed for quality of life, trunk strength, grasping and pinching, and for sailing skills.
